Charlotte, N.C., February 16, 2011 --Distribution Technology, a third-party logistics company based in Charlotte, N.C., announces they have begun operating a contract consolidation center in Concord, N.C., for Walmart. Facility operations, which required a significant investment due to the center's dormancy, began in late December, initially created 65 new jobs. Additional hiring is anticipated in the near term.
