States Logistics Services, Inc. is a third party logistics company (3PL) specializing in all aspects of supply chain management. Founded in 1958 by Richard and Jewel May as a warehousing and trucking company with two customers, States Logistics has grown to a fully integrated provider of third party logistics services with a client base of more than 100 customers and over 2 million square feet of warehouse space. States Logistics currently operates a combination of public and contract warehouses in Southern California and Arizona servicing a wide range of industries. Our focus on service and operational execution and our wide range of third party logistics services has enabled us to take our clients’ supply chains to the next level of performance and to be rated the "Best of the Best" within our customers' distribution networks. States Logistics operates multiple facilities totaling well over 1,000,000 square feet of space in the Phoenix market. As one of the fastest growing US cities, Phoenix has become one of the most viable shipping locations in the Southwest. LTL and TL carriers can reach 95% of the US population within three days or less, and all of Southern California is covered with next day service.
All of our facilities are located within major shipping hubs, which provide a wide selection of carriers to choose from, as well as lower cost outbound shipping rates. In the middle of fantastic labor pools and high growth regions, our locations are ideal for manufacturers looking to distribute products around the world. In the Arizona region, our close proximity to the USA-Mexico border enables our clients to import product from manufacturing facilities in Mexico at a much lower rate.
